Chromaticity was founded in 1997 as a color technology professional services provider serving the printing and publishing industry. Chromaticity’s first five years were spent providing color expertise in the way of R&D, training, implementation and support for companies such as HP, Best Color (EFI), Epson and X-Rite. Eventually, Chromaticity leveraged its knowledge base and support infrastructure to become a value-added distributor for companies wishing to grow and support a vibrant reseller channel for these technologies.
Chromaticity has deep roots in color management, imaging, inkjet technologies and consulting and grew into being the premiere North American deployment specialist and distributor of digital imaging technologies for the print, publishing, packaging, and wide format markets of the graphic arts industry. Sales and Marketing integrated imaging products through over 80 resellers in North America gaining rare recognition as a true value added resource in the industry.
Chromaticity is also the manufacturer of Validation™ Media – widely recognized as the best contract inkjet proofing paper in the industry today which is converted, packaged, sold and distributed from Chromaticity’s facility in West Michigan.
